Plan the right blanket program for your goal

Closing gifts, employee appreciation, community outreach, and trade-show premiums all use the same blanket but very different programs. Start with what you are trying to accomplish, and this guide routes you to the right one, plus everything to know before you order.

Start with your goal

You close deals and want clients to remember you

Closing and client-appreciation gifts for realtors, lenders, agencies, and advisors. One premium blanket per closing, drop-shipped to the client's new address, with your brand on the couch for years.

You run HR or own the company

Employee anniversaries, retirements, safety milestones, holiday gifts, and welcome kits. One design for everyone or a base design your rep can vary by team or milestone year.

You represent a fire or police department

Crest and badge blankets for community events, fundraising, station gifts, retirements, and honors. We run dedicated first-responder programs with their own playbooks.

You need a trade-show or event premium

The giveaway people detour across the hall for. Volume tiers (Lite Plus runs as low as $30.98 per blanket at 500+ pieces) make large-event budgets work without going cheap.

Fabric tiers, briefly

  • D-Luxe NubaySoft. Dense double-ply with photo-realistic logo print. The default corporate tier: substantial enough for client gifts, priced for full-team orders.
  • Lite Plus. The volume tier for outreach and trade shows. Same NubaySoft hand-feel at the lightest weight; as low as $30.98 per blanket at 500+ pieces.
  • Ultra Plus. HD print on feather-soft single-ply canvas. Pick it when your mark has gradients, photographic elements, or fine linework.
  • Swanky Blankey. Our heaviest, plushest tier. The executive choice for closing gifts, retirements, and top-client appreciation, when the blanket is the gift, not the wrapper.

Budget guidance: corporate orders land in a broad $30 to $90 all-in range per blanket by tier and quantity. Wholesale minimum is 72 pieces.

Size

One generous 60x80-inch size. Couch-sized, bed-sized, and the reason the gift stays in the living room instead of a drawer.

Artwork

Vector preferred, high-res raster fine. Low-res logos we can rebuild at no charge, and we match your brand guide exactly.

Lead time

4 to 8 weeks production by tier, plus mockup and approval. For holidays and conferences, plan backward and start early.

Program-planning questions

Which blanket tier should a business order?

Match the tier to the moment, not the logo. High-touch, low-volume gifting (closings, retirements, executive gifts) calls for the heavyweight Swanky Blankey or D-Luxe NubaySoft. Full-staff and client-list programs usually land on D-Luxe. High-volume outreach and trade shows use Lite Plus, which runs as low as $30.98 per blanket at 500+ pieces. If your logo has gradients or photo elements, Ultra Plus reproduces it best.

How should we budget for a corporate blanket program?

Plan inside a broad $30 to $90 all-in range per blanket; where you land depends on tier and quantity. The wholesale minimum is 72 pieces. Because programs vary (bulk vs. per-recipient drop-ship, one design vs. variants), we quote each program individually rather than publishing price lists. A quote request returns exact numbers within a business day.

How far ahead should we order for a fixed date?

Work backward from the date: 4 to 8 weeks of production depending on tier, plus 48 hours for the first mockup and your internal approval time. For holiday gifting, most companies lock artwork by early fall. For conferences, start when the booth is booked.

Bulk delivery or drop-ship: which should we choose?

Bulk to one address is simplest for trade shows and on-site events. Drop-ship per recipient wins for client gifts and distributed teams: you send a list of names and addresses, every recipient gets their blanket directly, and nobody on staff spends a week re-boxing. Both are quoted up front.

What logo artwork do we need to provide?

Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG) print sharpest. High-resolution PNG or JPG at 300 DPI or better is fine. If all you have is the logo off your website, send it; our design team can usually rebuild it as vector art at no charge, and we match colors to your brand guide before you approve the mockup.

Why a blanket instead of standard promo products?

Longevity and placement. Pens, totes, and koozies are consumed or discarded; a heavyweight branded blanket is used in the living room for years, which is the highest-visibility real estate a logo can occupy in a client's home. It also reads as a gift rather than an ad, which matters for closings and employee milestones.
